With firsthand understanding of these everyday challenges, and decades of experience in real estate behind us, MyHostelRoom set out to change that. What started as an idea grounded in empathy has grown into a trusted name in student accommodation, built on comfort, care, and community.

At just 22, Manaswi Kele observed the struggles her friends faced when they came to Pune — a huge demand for PGs, but a serious lack of quality, safe, and student-friendly accommodations. To change that reality, she founded MyHostelRoom, building the kind of place she once wished existed: homely, well-managed, and full of care. Today, Manaswi continues to lead MyHostelRoom with the same purpose and passion that sparked its beginning — ensuring every student not only finds a place to stay, but truly feels at home.
